Some procedures may be covered fully, partially or not at all.  Our recommendations for treatment are based on client needs not by insurance coverage.

Insurance is a contract between the client and the insurance company.  We will be here to help in any way possible by sending claims electronically on your behalf (where possible) or by sending estimates.  If at any time you have insurance questions please refer to your benefit booklet or speak with your benefit administrator or your insurance carrier.
