Karen - Patient Co-ordinator

Karen is generally the first person you will meet upon entering our office.   She is going to be booking your appointments and checking you in and out of your scheduled appointments.

Cindy - Treatment Co-ordinator

Cindy is here to answer any questions regarding your recommended treatment and financial concerns you may have.  It is designed to help our patients to understand the treatments and financial commitments that are recommended in a comfortable one on one basis.

Cindy graduated from George Brown College as a Level I Dental Assistant and upgraded to Level II Dental Assistant.  Since then she has continued with her education and is now a Certified Treatment Co-ordinator.  She has worked for Dr. Pfeiffer since 1992.

Monika - Dental Assistant II

Monika works by Dr.Pfeiffer's side in all clinical treatments.  She is there to assist him in your treatment.  

Monika graduated from Medix in 2007 as a Level II Dental Assistant.  She did her clinical placement here with Dr. Pfeiffer at that time and was kept on as a receptionist and then moved into the position of Assistant. 

Monika is fluent in Hungarian.  She also works part-time as a Personal Support Worker.  She lives with her husband and two sons in New Hamburg, and enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Harmony - Dental Hygienist

Harmony Graduated from Niagara College as a Level II Dental Assistant in 2000, worked for 4 years, then decided to go back to school.  She then graduated from The Canadian College of Dental Health - Burlington in 2006 as a Dental Hygienist.

Harmony is originally from Sault St Marie. She has worked for Dr. Pfeiffer since 2007.
